Online store booking terms
Online store products are sold by Ruokkeen Lomakylä Oy. Prices include VAT (10%/14%/24%). We reserve the right to make changes to prices and delivery terms. Please read the booking and cancellation terms before making a booking. The terms will become binding for both parties once the customer has made the payments specified in the terms. The person making the booking must be an adult (18 years of age or older) at the time of booking. Holiday homes are available to customers from 4.00pm on check-in day until 12.00 noon on check-out day. The holiday home must be left in the same condition it was in when the customer arrived. You may choose to order a final cleaning service, which costs €50 – €75 depending on the size of the cabin. The lessor has the right to claim the cost of damages to furniture, kitchenware or equipment in accordance with realised costs.
On the online store, the customer pays for the selected products immediately in full. Payment takes place by credit card or online bank. The payment forwarding service for online bank payments is provided by Paytrail Oyj, business ID 2122839-7.
The prices on the online store may vary according to available capacity and date.
If a booking is cancelled no later than 21 days before the booked date, or if cancellation later than this time is due to an accident or illness certified by a doctor, the payment will be refunded, with a €25 handling fee deducted. Cancellation will be considered to have taken place once reception has received the information. Cancellations can be made in writing or by email. The booking fee for a booking made with a low-price code will not be refunded upon cancellation. Payment will not be refunded in the event of a “no-show”. If a force majeure occurs, Ruoke Holiday Village may cancel a booking, in which case the customer is entitled to a refund of their payment(s).
Payment service provider
The payment forwarding service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7), which operates in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will show as the payment recipient on your bank or card statement, and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is authorised to operate as a payment institution. If you have any complaints, we kindly request that you first contact the product supplier.
