Data files<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The booking register on the website www.ruokkeenlomakyla.fi and a digital data file that contains e.g. invoicing. The data file contains customers who have stayed at Ruoke Holiday Village and restaurant customers to whom the services provided were invoiced.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>3. What data is collected?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We collect a customer\u2019s (and interested parties\u2019) first and last names, address, email address, telephone number, information about purchased products\/services and credit card type, number and cvc, or only some of the aforementioned data.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>4. How is data collected?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Data is collected from the person themselves from their bookings, messages, emails, telephone contact, social media services, when invoicing, at customer meetings or other situations wherein the customer provides their data. Google Analytics and Facebook collect visitor data, such as IP address and website visits. Websites may use cookies.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>5. Purpose of data<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Data is used only for purposes specified in advance, as follows:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<li>managing the customer relationship<\/li>\n<li>explaining about services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>6. Rights of the customer<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The customer has the rights outlined below. Any related requests should be directed to the address:<br \/>\nRuokkeen Lomakyl\u00e4 Oy, Ruokkeentie 58, FI-59800 KES\u00c4LAHTI<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Right of access<br \/>\n<\/strong>The customer may access the personal data we have saved.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Right to request rectification<br \/>\n<\/strong>The customer may request the rectification of erroneous or inadequate personal data.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Right to object<br \/>\n<\/strong>The customer may object to the processing of their personal data if they feel that their personal data is being processed illegally.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Objection to direct marketing<br \/>\n<\/strong>The customer has the right to object to the use of their data for direct marketing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Right to erasure<br \/>\n<\/strong>The customer has the right to request the deletion of their data if the processing of their data is no longer necessary. We will process the erasure request, after which time we will delete the data or provide a justified reason why it is not possible to delete the data.<br \/>\nPlease note that the controller may have a statutory or other right to refuse the deletion of data. Controllers are obligated to retain accounting information for a set period (10 years) in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Accounting Act (Kirjanpitolaki 1336\/1997). Access to the data file<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The controller and its employees process data. We may also partly outsource data processing to a third party, whereupon we will guarantee via contractual arrangements that data is processed only in accordance with data protection legislation and otherwise appropriately.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>10.
